Baby Basics Package
Package Includes:
- 2 prenatal visits -
· Building a birth plan, pros and cons of hospital procedures. What to expect during labor and delivery, Birth positions, What can a husband do to help, Natural alternatives to hospital interventions, and much more!!!
- Attendance of your birth -
· I arrive when you feel you need my support. I supply support for your birth choices, evidence based information, and what alternatives may be available to you. I help the birth partner with how he can best support the mother. I bring tools for comfort measures and oils to provide a relaxing environment. I also stay after the birth to help establish breast feeding and ensure that the family is doing well and is settled.
- Post partum Visit -
· One week after the birth to talk about and process the birth. Also cover Mother’s healing and how the family is adapting to life with a new born.
- 24/7 access to your doula for questions and concerns
(You can add on placenta encapsulation and tincture to this package for only $200)
Holistic Birth Package
