Very rarely do you here of an animal having a postpartum hemorrhage. The hormones and nutrients available in the placenta have an amazing effect on bleeding, healing, and recovery. The most touted benefit from mothers is the boost of energy. That always comes in handy with a newborn.
Traditional Chinese Medicine: (TCM) –In this method, your placenta will be steamed with ginger and lemon before dehydrating. This is to enhance its warming properties and help your body use the beneficial properties of the placenta in a deeper way. This method also kills any bacteria and reduces risk of spoilage. Your placenta is steamed, dehydrated, ground into a powder, and placed into capsules to be taken as a supplement. Most placentas yield 80-110 capsules.
Placenta Encapsulation also comes with a keepsake of the embilical cord dehydrated in a heart shape.
Placenta Encapsulation as described above plus a Tincture.
Tincture: A process in which a piece of the placenta is soaked in vodka for a six-week period and the infusion is bottled. It will have a five year shelf life. This can be used to extend the life of the capsules and be used to treat symptoms of PMS and Menopause.
This includes the processing of your placenta into capsules, a tincture, and a print of your placenta for a keepsake.
